G E WOOD'S patented Everlast style chisel. Stanley thought so highly of the chisel construction, they bought him out and thus we have Stanley Everlast chisels. This is a 1 1/2" wide by 9 5/8" chisel. Patent dates are faint but show up in the pictures. Wear commensurate with age. Light pitting and scattered staining to backside. Feels great in the hand. See the patent story here.
